Gyration suite problem

I have had my gyration suite for a while now and have just noticed I can't seem to get the keyboard and mouse to work simultaniously. Ctrl+click or drag for example.

They look to be on different channels. Keyb 1 and mouse 3.

Any advise?

i had this but setting the channels again and as far apart as possible did sort it for me
