ordered one at 1 am on sunday morning to be picked up by the end of the day on monday. was on my way there (the nearest one is about 15 miles away) at 3pm yesterday when they phoned to say that the order shouldn't have been taken because they had less than five in stock (it took them almost 40 hours to work this out?) and that they only had the display item left (it had only been on display for 6 hours) so did i want them to box up the display model!! the display model itself must have been put out after i reserved mine...

pretty poor - is it worth complaining?
