People go nuts, when they expect a giant leap in the graphical capablity of the next generation console, but in my opinion, graphics have been stagnating for the last couple of years, and games like Persona 5, Fire Emblem : Awakening and Divinity: Original Sin 2 prove that graphics play almost unsignificant role in game design. So it's better of for Sony , in my opinion, to design a humble console with little-to-none electric consumption , and the aforementioned combo of GTX 1660 and Ryzen 5 3600 will provide enough room for cinematic games that require graphical horsepower like Last of Us and Uncharted, yet still minimalistic enough to make the-ever-stagnating technology cheaper to purchase and to use.

Not everyone will agree with that. I don’t. Divinity 2 is actually available on the PS4 anyway so not the best example. It is a decent game, if you just like reading endless text, but no idea why Sony should be basing their new console on a game that they released on their old console
