Saw this is Dixons. Looked quite nice. Had progressive scan mentioned on the front and Dixons online mentions it has scart rgb sockets so could be a handy dvd recorder and converter from scart rgb to component too. Maybe even de-interlace from the tv tuner without having to record to disc. So could be an ideal little gadget for a ae100. You can be sure that if Dixons do it for £200 you can probably get it from someone else soon for £150 with a different brand name on. Anyone know who makes this for grundig? Who actually owns the grundig brand name now anyway? I know Sansui, Nakamichi and Akai are now chinese brand names after being bought up by the same chinese firm I think. Just wondered if Grundig has been bought by a chinese manufacturer or is possibly a shop brand now?
