Had this player for around a year and it won't play an audio or a dvd. Loads for about 3 seconds then ejects. I have cleaned the heads and the discs play in other players. New product with a 3 year guarantee but i can't find the receipt or guarantee (ARRRRGGGG) due to a recent move. Any advice from u super intelligent people would be great thanx
