    I have the following setup..

    From ..Sky digital --> scart --> JS RGB2YUV converter --> component --> Denon 3802 tv/dbs in --> Denon 3802 Monitor out --> component --> Pioneer 422mxe plasma

    I tend to loose the RED colour from the sky box through to the plasma.. ie.. the picture goes more green, when you bring up the sky menu on the sky remote, this is green rather than blue.
    If you power off and on the Denon, all is ok for a while, also if you pull the RED component cable from the bask of the Denon and plug back in, the same is ok for a while..

    I have re-pruchased new cables, but this still happens daily..

    Anybody seen this...

    Have you tried putting the Sky feed into a different component input on the receiver?
    If you have changed all the component leads then it is either the receiver or the RGB>component converter. To find out which try connecting it directly to the plasma without going through the receiver. If you then get the same problem then you know that the converter is at fault. If there is no problem then you know its the receiver.

    Mark.

    Good idea Mark

    I have changed the cables, and tried the 2 Deno inputs with same results..

    I will try the above method..
