Green Lines on TV

I have a 32" WS Phillips.

I have recently noticed that the picture is suffering slich haziness and vivid green lines every 1-2" down the screen.

Messed about with picture and it does get better when in Super Zoom mode. More noticable on darker scenes.

Any thoughts or do I bin it :(

I had red lines on a rental Philips one once and the tech guy said the red guns were on the way out.

Ring a tech to confirm.

It could be similar to the problem I had.
It only happened when I had my dvd player set to RGB output, the tv displayed green patches. The picture was fine if I used the s-video output instead. There was a thread about it a while back, I have a panasonic tx36pl30 and a pioneer 444 dvd player.
If you are using RGB output, try changing it to something else to see if the problem goes away.
