Graphics card help

After having googled about and searched this site, I'm getting confused as to which way to go for a suitable graphics card.

I want a VGA and a DVI output for output from a HCPC. The VGA output would just be for displaying web pages etc on a plasma screen and the DVI for outputting DVD to a Sanyo Z3.

I'm not looking to go gaming or anything like that and would prefer a fanless design but realise I may be asking too much with that.

AGP or PCI? What would you be willing to spend too?

Sorry, I should have mentioned AGP.

I was hping for a budget less than £100. I was hoping I'd be able to get something suitable for DVD playback at a fairly low end price.

Cheers.

Looks like I've got a couple of options there. Thanks for the advice. Not sure which way I'll go but it's good to see I don't need to spend a lot for what I need.

Thanks again.
