    I just ordered P4 3.2G 512MB PC.
It comes with ATI RADEON™ X300SE with 128MB video memory. (PCI Express)
I plan to use this pc for upscaling to DLP tv, using ffdshow probably.

I believe the cpu speed is good enough. Then does graphic card affect post-processing within ffdshow? Is any graphic card with DVI ok or the faster the better?

Which PCI Express graphics card do you recommed? I don't want to be limited by graphics card when using ffdshow.

    Thanks in advance.

The card you will have will do just fine in a HTPC on the display side and the proc is ok for scaling. :smashin:

If you're using the VMR renderer then the more powerful a GPU you have the more you can apply AA and AF, just as you do for games, which also improves PQ for video material as well as 3D games.
