I would like a card for games as well as dvds so do the GF4 cards have good picture quality or do the radeons win hands down in terms of pic quality. I will be connecting to a Sanyo PLV-Z1

    Hi,

I built a HTPC recently and I found out that the ATI Radeon cards are considered superior for home cinema. They will also do very well for games.

I bought an ATI Radeon 9500 Pro and I have not had any problems with it.

    Good luck,
    Dave.

that would depend on what you were watching it on, I would suspect. I find that watching a DVD thru my HCPC on my projector, gives me a better picture than watching my DVD player on my PJ. but that could be because of all the tweaking & stuff I'm able to do to get it exactly how I want it,
