Something like this will do, but its not cheap:

    www.dabs.com
Radeon9800Pro All In Wonder 128MB DDR AGP DVI VIVO
£235.00 inc VAT (£200.00 ex VAT)
    quicklinx 30RWWS

    Mark.

How about something like a Radeon 9600XT with video in and out (circa £130, available as Asus and Powercolor brands, and perhaps others) or Asus also sell the V9520 Video Suite (£65-ish) and V9520 Home Theatre (about £90).

Each of the Asus cards is based on the 'low end' nVidia FX5200 chipset; but if 3D performance isn't important for you, perhaps they'll be suitable?
