Question gpu for mini itx case

    Hi all,

    I am after a gpu nvidia chipset.
    I have a corsair 250d mini itx case with water cooling, and want to run steam games on medium to high settings 1080p

    what gpu with a fairly small form factor can i run budget £0 - £175

    thank you

    that case can take a full length card according to the specs (290mm), which allows almost any make of 960 (within budget) or 970 (almost within budget second hand). Don't know much about whihc amd cards are that price but they should also fit (albeit run hotter)

    Quick bit of advice check the width of the card you want to buy, a friend of mine had a msi gtx 980ti gaming card Which was to wide so had to replace it with a reference size card, I think the max width is something like 110mm.

    many thanks for the reply im narrowing search down to evga or gigabyte just under 110mm is fine like you say

    There are also ITX versions of the 960 and 970 if your looking for some space saving. Not sure what the prices are these days of either but Id imagine the 960 would fall reasonably close to your budget.
