Woohoo!
My AX5i arrived today, totally unexpectedly
What a superb bit of kit.
Makes my old Sony DB930 look positively antique.
I've run the auto set-up but some of the results look a bit odd and initial playback of a CD (By The Way) sounds a bit thin.
My speakers are:
Front: Wharfedale MFM7
Centre: Mission 77C1
Side: Mission 77DS
Rear: Mission 771e
Sub: Paradigm PS1000
The auto set-up has set the fronts to large and all others to small.
Is this correct?
Surely I can set the Mission surrounds and centre to large - I did on my last amp and it seemed to work.
I don't even want to think about attempting to set the system up manually - there are just too many variables and to be honest, my ears aren't what they used to be
Is there any other external device/service I can use to help me set the system up optimally?
