Google Voice Search Help - Phone Book Recognition Issues

Please could someone help me with the following issue.

Whenever I state 'Call *name of person* mobile' etc. Voice Search just can't seem to get it right with my phone book contacts. I'm getting all sorts of random results; the app ends up calling various business' on the web, or, it simply produces a list of google search results, which defeats the object if I have to use my hands to select the correct input - particularly when driving. Though strangely, when I ask the app to text the same person, it seems to get it right. Here's my example:

Call - Michael Bryan - Mobile

The phone dial's 'Coaching for Success' off the internet?!

Text - Michael Bryan - How are you doing?

The phone correctly inputs Michael Bryan's mobile number, the writes the following message: 'brian how are you doing' (it still adds 'brian' to the start of the text for some reason, but at least it recognises the phone number!)

Alas, I was wondering if anyone else had problems like this and if so, could you suggest any solutions?!

For info:

- My contacts are synced with my gmail account.
- My language setting is English (UK)
- I am running Google Voice 3.0.1 on a Galaxy S11 phone
- I am running Android 4.0.4
