Google Nexus 7 Tablet with 3G capability imminent?

Just 6 weeks until roll-out

According to a report from Modaco, an 'insider' has revealed a 3G enable version of the Galaxy Nexus 7 tablet is imminent.

It wouldn't be a great surprise of course and the reveal also went on to say there were no other change to the Nexus planned, neither hardware or cosmetically.

Manufacturers, Asus, are reportedly ramping up production for an expected product launch in only six weeks time. There are no indications as to what that will mean for pricing, nor any potential network provider contract details but with the Nexus currently flying off the shelves, it's almost sure to be a hit. Unless, of course, something comes along in the meantime to steal its thunder. *Cough iPad mini.

The Google Nexus 7 currently retails at £159 and £199 for the 8Gb and 16Gb versions, respectively.
