Google Chromecast

Hi all members, Does anybody know if Google Chromecast will work with the original iPad, or do you have to have a tablet that operates iOS 5 or later.????

No, it won't.
Chromecast plugs into an HDMI input.
EDIT. Sorry, I just realised you're probably asking about the Chromecast app & "casting" from it to the Tv.
Maybe better asking this in the iPad section of the tablets forum.
