(We're a 3rd party service agent for Argos Direct).

I already have a 32 ich lcd downstairs i was thinking about buying a cheaper one for my mome office

but to you think i should stay away from it and what do you thinkis a good 32inch lcd of under £1000

You should be able to find a nice Sharp 32" LCD for that sort of cash. I reckon about £770 for a 32GD8 and around £1k for a 32GD9. This would be a far better option than a Goodmans "aka chinese import" display with no long term repair viability.
