goodmans GTVL32W8HD - 32" - anyone got any impressions?

Hello

I've done some searching about but can't find any information. Anyone got any thoughts on this TV. A guy at work is planning on buying an HD ready tv but his budget is max £500, so my reccomendation of a sony bravia didnt go down well.

Anything better than this for 500 quid?

i very much doubt there is going to be anything else at that budget at all, unless he wants to go down a size? eg the tosh 27inch or the samsung 26 are worth looking at. they're around £500 as well and imo they're likely to be much nicer than that goodmans.

however looking at the spec, the tv doesnt look too bad. i cant say ive heard anything positive or negative about it tho.

Inputs: twin SCART, VGA, component, DVI, HDMI

wonder if thats a dvi and an hdmi....
