Goodmans GHDD177DVDR

Hi

I have been told by two people that the Goodmans GHDD177DVDR can play Regions 1 and 2, but when i went onto the Goodmans web site Goodmans say that all of there DVDs are Region 2 only.

Now id like a dvd recorder that is region 1 and 2, could anyone tell me if this dvd can do that or of any other good ones that can at an affordable price.

Hi I bought one yesterday and I can confirm that my Goodmans GHDD177DVDR
plays both uk and usa regions without doing anything to the machine.

Did you buy one?
