I see that Playusa.com has the R1 release of the Goodfellas special edition DVD in stock but the R2 version at Play.com is only available from 25/10/2004. I'm not sure which of the two (R1 or R2) is the better as far as extras goes or if they are identical. Any info on this will be appreciated.

    OVERALL: R1
SE for Additional Extras and for not being a FLIPPER Disc.

**There is a R2 UK SE set for October 25th. It is said to have identical Extras to the R1, but probably with only a 5.1 track and more Subtitles. It will also be available with "Who's That Knocking At My Door?", "After Hours" and "Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore" in the UK Scorsese Collection Box Set. "Mean Streets: SE" will not be included with this, as Universal (not Warner) own International Distribution Rights for this.**
