Got myself a Panny 28PL - great pic but had the traditional ghosting problem on RGB AV1 waching the DVD. Followed your advice and bought a cheap scart, snipped pin 19 and great !!, it's gone!
Only thing is that the picture isnt as good on the cheapo scart (ie detail etc) as on my old Vivanco. That's got a molded scart.

So I need to get a decent scart on which I can snip pin 19.
    Any recommendations?
    Are Lektropaks easy to dismantle?
I see Keen sell unidirectional scarts. Are they as good quality?
You've been a fountain of wisdom on these forums; wonder if you have any advice to an appreciative Panny viewer.
    Thanks

You are telling me that I have to cut the pin 19 on my 45€ scart cable to eliminate the gosht???? :suicide:

When you say goshting problems, you mean the white shadow on dark scenes???

    Cheers
