If anyone's looking for a Sandisk Ultra II CF card i've just noticed http://www.mymemory.co.uk are knocking them out at £59.99 for a 1GB. Not used the company before but have ordered one to see what they're like.

There's also a guy on ebay (user name buzzlghtyrby) who sells various card at good prices (i got 2x 1gb Ultra IIs for 104quid inclusive with a 4 day turn around) - and he has a 4gb Ultra II for £189

I got a Kingston Elite Pro Ultra II (80X) 1Gb from ACPTAN on E Bay for £43.95 with free P&P to UK.

Brand new, sealed and "buy it now" price, about 4 days delivery.

I would certainly recommend getting them from one of the larger companies in the USA or Hong Kong that advertise on Ebay. Even with delivery charges they still work out a lot cheaper than you can buy in the UK. For example, the other day I bought a 1GB Sandisk Ultra II for £39 even with postage that only brought it up to £45. The cheapest price I have seen these cards in the UK is around the £63 mark (including P&P) and that was in a sale.

I just bought a 2Gb Kingston elite pro from buzzlghtyrby for £85 delivered. It arrive pretty quick and was declared at $20 value so no VAT etc was payable.
Card seems pretty fast to me.
