My Kef 2.2's have arrived- very nice. More of a refined sound compared to the Q75's. Better build too.

I've noticed the base can be filled with heavy material to aid mass loading.

    What shall I use?

    Thanks

Cat litter! (clean) the heavy clay stuff , not the lightweight variety.

kiln dried sand, you can buy it from all good builders merchants in 25 or 40 kg bags.

Kiln dried sand is what I used - could only get a huge bag of it though so Mrs Wilber thought I could use the rest to start relaying the patio :(
