After finally getting new TV (36" Tosh PF2, ex-demo) its now going back as it keeps switching off. Plugged my old 28" 50hz back in & i gotta say its much better for watching Sky+ on all channels. I know part of that will be the smaller screen but after viewing 100hz for a week im not keen on it at all. Can anyone recommend a good 32" 50hz set, only downside being i know i wont ger prog scan but most of viewing is Sky anyway. Thanks.

I would recommend a Loewe. These seem to have the least noticeable processing which to my mind is the closest to a 50Hz set.

I too am on the lookout for a 50Hz 32" Widescreen.
Unfortunately I tries three Loewes and each went back with 100Hz related issues.

Try the PF3 32ZP48 - in its native 'natural' scan mode. I find there to be no intrusive signal processing and it's a very easy and relaxing picture on the eyes to watch - please give it a go if you see one in a dealership. regards, yt.

    Investigate the new Sony KV32HX15

I have the 28 inch and it's great.

Been looking at 3 sets, philips pw6518 & jvc 32t4 (both at J.Lewis) & Panny TX32PM1. I would love the 32" Tosh PF3 but after my 1 weeks viewing of the 36" PF2 i dont think i can put up with the 100hz picture as me & partner watch alot of the low quality channels (UK Gold etc..) Only downside of that is i dont get prog scan which was excellent, damn. Anyone have any experience with the above 3 sets? Particularly interested in DVD quality as im guessing normal TV should be fine as its 50hz.
