Good 21” Monitor

Can anyone recommend a good and cheap 21” Monitor preferably with a descent contrast ratio. Used for office work and watching the odd downloaded movie.

I would also like to know if there is a monitor/tv combination, I do not want to a tv card in my computer.

There aren't many 21" monitors about today, most have either gone to 20" or 22" (although all three use the same 1680x1050 widescreen resolution).

I believe both samsung and LG both do 22" LCD monitors with integrated TV tuners.
