I've just finished the R2 DVD, and noticed that when Dr evil and Mini Me are signing Hard knock life all of the swearing is silenced, is this the same as on the R1 or has it been butchered by the BBFC?

Can anyone with the region 1 help?

Ive got the R1 and i'm in the same boat as you. No swearing:(

Good film tho':D

Its anoying because I downloaded the music video and he actually swears. Which you can also clearly see from the DVD.

Looks like it has been silenced both sides of the pond to make it more family friendly.

Yes i noticed the same thing R2

it's a shame...i guess it would have pushed up the rating to a 15 if it had swearing.

I thought the film was quite funny. Goldmember was my favorite.

Fahza!!! lol

I think it was funny with all the swearing bleeped out.

BTW, for a minute there I thought there was an extra where they do 'hard knock life' in sign language. that would have been worth seeing!

I could be wrong, but I think that's an intentional gag on all those rap videos where you only hear about 25% of the words in the song.
