Good Spot, been looking for this at a decent price.

Not ordering from the states before. Would I be liable for any import tax etc??

    Pricing and delivery

All prices include freight and handling. Local customs charges may apply outside the European Union. Items are shipped from our warehouses in either Denmark, Germany or Holland.

Good question, the above is taken from their website, I dont THINK the taxman will ask for a slice!! I have used these guys before but never gone over the £18.00 mark. Im sure someone has and can confirm either way, sorry cant be of more help.

BTW...I have cancelled with DVDSoon and ordered here...at least I'll get to see it before Christmas

You won't get any customs charges with Axel -- things over £18 from the places they ship from are exempt from customs. I ordered the Azumi LE (£35) and Kill Bill v2 Premium Box (£20) from them, and both were fine.

I have ordered some CD's through Amazon partners and everything has been fine.

I have already received my confirmation from Amazon so I will keep my fingers crossed.

If it arrives I might order another dozen as this is going for about £20 on Ebay

just had an email from Amazon refunding my card. also had an email from the supplier with a cock and bull excuse as to why they cannot fullfill the order, posted below:-

    "Hi

Apologies for any delay in getting in touch.

You recently ordered a film from Chartbusters (findthatfilm.com) via amazon
and paid using amazon.com payments. There appears to have been a few
technical problems and amazon have somehow re-listed some items that have
previously been sold. Unfortunately your order falls into this category.

Amazon are aware of the problem and together we are trying to resolve the
    issue.

With reference to your order we will do all we can to find a replacement and
should be able to track another down for you quite quickly and we will let
you know by email as soon as we do.

In the meantime we have credited back your card.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

    Regards
