Go 7950 Vista drivers - anywhere??

Hi,

Got the above card in my dell 1710 laptop, the driver it's using (Vista 32-bit) is pap to say the least, I've tried running lost planet and colin mccrae dirt which both look great until you try moving in the game when it becomes juddery and delayed.

Rest of the spec is good 7600 CPU (overclockable), 4Gb Ram, 7200rpm HD etc.

I can't for the life of me find anywhere that offers drivers for this card, can anyone help?
