I need to soundproof the front double glassed window as much as possible for my home cinema but i don't want to use a removable soundproofing plug so would a triple pane glass acoustic window help? If so are these easily available at your average double glassed window company? Incidentally i live in Nottingham if anyone knows of a company that deals with these.

The cheapest solution would be to fit secondary glazing to the inside of your window, the type that uses a single sheet of glass on a removable frame.
A more effective method would be to fit another double glazed window inside the opening, with a gap between it and the existing window.

If your windows are old, it might be worth getting the seals checked. Even a very small gap in a rubber seal will let in a surprising amount of noise.
