Glad I bought the Viera

The companies offices I'm based in has just bought 4 Samsung 42" plasmas and now theres 2 installers and the comapnies IT guys all trying to get a decent picture, its very green and fuzzy, makes me so pleased I bought the Viera. I've no doubt the picture can be inmproved but theres some very unhappy people staring up at it in reception !

 

The Samsung owners club will tell you "it might be ok if you fiddle with it, and its cheaper than a good set".

 

go ask what they paid for them....... then tell them that they could have pannys for £1300+vat and see what they say!!!! Would really like to know the answer to that one

 

First things first,My Samsung is certainly NOT green and certainly NOT fuzzy it is perfectly fine thanks.Now I do apologise for not joining the Panasonic snob brigade but,at the end of the day,I have a 42 inch Plasma t.v that I'm perfectly happy with,the picture on mine is great,other people have commented how good it is too.If certain people can't get their heads round that,that's not my problem.
HappyH you probably paid upwards of £800 more for your Viera than I did for my Samsung well good on ya,I'm really glad your happy with it but please stop coming on here telling me how crap mine is when I'm telling you it is'nt.Why should I lie? If I wasn't happy with it I could have sent it back. End of story.

You know,what plasmas best kind of reminds me of the old console wars between the suoer nintendo system and the mega drive

If some one wants advice on which plasma to buy on these forums , then great. If you have bought a plasma and are happy with it then also great.

I own a viera plasma, I dont know if it is better or worse than a samsung. I dont actually care. I am happy
As for being a panasonic snob , I dont think I am that either. Now where is that blooming butler of mine with my pipe ,slipers and smoked samon sandwich Oh ,and the french maid we have recently hired
