I have been messing around with the settings since the demo came out, and I think I have hit the jackpot settings-wise. I myself have a 32" LE32A456C and this game looks insane on it. I would only recommend these settings for up to 42" tv's, as the brightness might be a tad too much.

    Mode: Standard
    BackLight: 10
    Contrast: 100
    Brightness: 50
    Sharpness:0
    Color:82
    Tint:50

    Black Adjustment:Low
    Dynamic Contrast:Medium

    Edge Enhancement:Off

I hope this helps someone as when I first plugged my PS3 into my HD-TV it looked awful, but after some tweaking it looks awesome.

Here's what it looks like on my tv (note: the blurriness is caused by my bad camera).

I voted no because the contrast and colour are set to high. Brightness about right for this game but contrast around 75%.
