Girder guide?

I have seen a couple of threads on girder over at AVS but is there a definate guide to all of its features- like how to do multiple commands +++
I have managed to pick up the basics but would like a clear manual if it was available

I cant say that the girder website has the best set of instructions for using it, a few very knowledgable people on the forum but then I tend to feal way out of my depth.

I've now got Girder working great, all i need now is more buttons on the remote.
