Get excited!!!!!!!!!

This should have a plethora of extras and will feature the high definition versions of the better-than it-should have been sequel Unleashed and the lame final film, Snaps Back. But it's the first masterpiece from John Fawcett & Karen Walton that we're all excited for and I believe that this will be an amazing transfer with amazing sound. I expect nothing more than an luscious presentation. Can't wait. Hits the streets on 12th April 2019 - Less than a MONTH.

What a great year for blu ray 2019 is turning out to be.

I was about to correct you and say that the set is actually 115 euros (£98) but you're right, it must've went up with the last 1 or so....weird.

It WON'T be that price come release day, though. It'll be closer to £80. Pre orders are always ridiculously expensive. You'll see.

Not excited, it's a german release, therefore an import, therefore will be overpriced, whilst it will play in UK, does anyone care? First movie was good but the only one you need, they go downhill from there, and when I say downhill, I mean plunge at great supersonic speed.

I thought the 2nd was still a very good film and although the third is not anywhere near that quality it still has some interesting ideas and I still like the characters, I get that everybody has an opinion and its great we do not all like the same things, but I will never understand why people will go into a thread of something they actively dislike to upset people who like the same thing.

I don't go into threads about things I dislike just to moan about it, I'll contribute in any way I can to threads about things I do like, as it happens I do agree with Evokazz that it is ridiculously overpriced, but as a collector of special editions and how lovely this one looks it does excite me and I shall watch it on site for the glorious moment it gets reduced to a more reasonable price.

I want to be clear here. My main concern is the first film. It is among my top ten favourite films ever made. Pretty much a masterpiece in macabre, body horror filmmaking spearheaded by emotionally charged performances from the leads.

I too also really like the second film, which was surprisingly respectful of the original. Not on the same level obviously, but certainly worth a visit. The third film - the less said the better.

If there was a single edition of the original that Germany were to put out, i'd simply opt for that. But there isn't, it's packaged with the two other films therefore that's our only option. That said, i'd be happy to revisit Unleashed again because I did actually like it. But make no mistake, it's the original I am after and most excited about.
