    Hi guys,

I wonder whether you can give me some advice in order to get the most out of my battery. I've just purchased a fairly new Macbook that has a battery that still gives off about 3.5 hours.

I do use it at home a lot, and like to leave things downloading. I was thinking about leaving it plugged in with the battery still connected. This is to save having to recharge the battery over and over again.

Is this a good practice to adopt? Or should I just use it on it's battery and then when it needs charging plug it in?

I'd like to hear your stories.
