    Hi folks

I am a newbie, although I have been following the forum for a few weeks now - Thanks for the invaluable advice !

I took the plunge and purchased the Panasonic PWD6BX with 1X SCART board from AV sales - It arrived yesterday and was easy to get up and running (Thanks guys).

What I need advice on now is the best way to connect and run-in the screen.

I am running an LG DVD player (with composite out), a sky+ box and a panasonic S-VHS video - All the audio is going through my seperate 5.1 system. I was about to buy a Quintro+ box for all the SCARTS - Also, what should I set the screen to for max quality?

Secondly, can anybody help with the recommended settings for running the screen in - I want to ensure it lasts as long as possible.

Thanks for any help - K
