My Audio system has decided to throw a wobbler, so until i can get a new one i was going to use the standard Stereo speaker outputs on the panel.

Connected my left and right front speakers to the panel and i get no sound at all.

Is this because i am running my sky + through a SCART - Component convertor thus losing the sound feed ?

Is there something i am missing ?

    Stu,

Dont mean to sound harsh. I assume after you had connected the speakers you turned the volume up on the panny??

I dont have your setup so just trying to help.

I assume you have selected the right input on your amp

yes its the component converter it obnly does rgb...you need to use teh red/white stereo rca leads from the converter to the screen (or straight from sky depending on which converter you have)

W3Dal, don't mean to sound harsh, but Stu has correctly diagnosed his own problem. There are 2 phonos beside the component inputs on the video card. Connect then to sky and all will be well.

    Shared innovation again, Mep! :D
