Getting new Samsung galaxy

I have been thinking of getting a 10" Samsung Galaxy ipad but the ones I have looked at come with the following installed.Am trying to get some info about it ie can I change to windows is it a good OS etc

You're thinking of getting a Samsung Galaxy "tablet"...it's not an iPad. An Apple iPad tablet runs on the "iOS" operating system.
The Galaxy runs the "Android" operating system, it cannot run Windows...if you want to run Windows on a tablet you need a Windows tablet.
There's plenty of info out there on all three systems...I suggest you have a search and read up.
