Getting all to work together sharp aquos Sony blu ray onkyo amp

Hi I have these three pieces of equipment but am getting a judderimg on blu ray playback. Was watching unbreakable last night and the panning was terrible. Tried setting blu ray to 24p and amp to pass through but get out of range error. Am sure the tv is 24p compatible but not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Any help would be appreciated

OK so it seems the TV doesn;t support 24fps but Iam still getting juddering whilst panning on blu -rays, can anyone offer a solution or place to look?

The bluray players forum is probably your best bet. I get terrible juddering on my projector if 24fps is left on Auto on my PS3 (my TV is 24fps capable). I hope you get it sorted anyway.
