Cheers GMC79 :smashin: You have yourself a nice tidy build there mate. :)

Nismo - LOL @ deleting my posts :rotfl:

I also have a E6600 core2duo HTPC with a 8800gtx which I am going to give to my dad (keep forgetting to drop it off). I love upgrading all the time and end up with loads of bits of hardware which I use to build other pc's. :D

I also have a Core2Duo laptop with a HD3650 which I use on my holidays. It can play CnC3, COD4-5 and is a good media player which is what I wanted it for.

I guess you could say I am a sucker for gadgets and upgrades. :D

Thanks:)

Yep, had 'em for donkey's now, still got the mission 77c centre in the cabinet there, and still the MSW20 bi/di pole rears (can't think what they are now).
I think they must be at least 5-6 years old and still going strong, just can't seem to want to upgrade them, I did the sub though, used to have a gale storm:rolleyes::nono:

The fan controller is a NZXT Sentry LX. I got it from overclockers uk for £50, although they don't list it anymore it seems. It occupies 2x 5.25 inch slots on the front and can control up to 5 fans. As you can see in the image there are also 5 temperature probes to measure fan temperature within the case. You also have a temperature alarm. The controller displays the time & date, fan speed and temperature.

Hi everyone. Could do with some advice on tidying up my cabling! :rotfl:

Anyway there is the spec

Intel E6550 @ 2.8 GHz
Gigabyte P35C-DS3R
4 GB Corsair CM2
XFX Geforce GTX 260
2 x 80gb WB in raid 0
Pioneer DVR-115D
Windows Vista or OSX 1.5.1

IMG_0012.jpg

Not much but does the trick for me :smashin:

Also have a old laptop serving 2TB (movies, music etc) via 4 usb HD. Not ideal but for the time being it works fine.
Mrs has a nice lappy which she uses for the sims :rotfl:

Edit: Just looking as it, that pic is terrible, will post a better one!

Cable ties work well as does running allot of the cables behind the mobo. :)

Behind the board? Would they not snag on the solder bits etc? Im after a new PSU so might look into one of them modular ones, any thoughts on them?

No it wont. You mount them behind the mobo tray. :)

Lets keep hardware advise out of this thread and just keep it for pics and comments.

You would be better off starting a thread in this section mate. Post it up and I will help you. :)

Thanks i knew what it was called as i see your list but i can't seem to find it over a Scan/Ebuyer hence why i asked. The only place i can see that seems to stock them is Pixmania  and i'm not keen with dealing with them.

Cheers anyway and will keep a look out over at Overclockers.
