I still can´t get it right...

I have this new tv and i´m on the service menu, trying to get the best ratio as posible.

My goal is to get the WS and 4:3 ratio the best i can. Actually my problem is that some edges are curve, so they deform the picture.

    Does anyone accomplish this?

    any tips or advice?

Also, it is posible to set 1 setting for NTSC and 1 for PAL?.. no matter how i do, my PAL settings don´t show the same as NTSC, so when i watch a picture on PAL it looks like i calibrated, but when i do it on NTSC it don´t... and the same thing if i tweak NTSC, it won´t look good on PAL

I have same TV Set with exactly same problem. I think the origin of the problem was an EMI radiation from the power outlet, but not sure. This could be solved using a degaussing techniques, but it is too risky if you don´t know how to do it.

I would like to start looking in the service menu, do you know how to access? Can you please explain to me?

    Thank you.

    Sergio.
