Just read that he's died aged 68 of prostate cancer

Loved him as Onslow in Keeping up appearances, really sad we've lost another actor.

A shame, Onslow was my favourite character, so much presence even with so little screen time there.

Sad indeed gave us some great comedy moments as Onslow, and I too have fond memories of him as Eddie Yates when he lived with Stan and Hilda Ogden in Corrie. RIP Onslow

He was also brilliant in I Lovett as the talking dog. I loved that show and it'd be great to see it again.
