    Hi,

    New here :hiya:

Would it be sensible to purchase a stand alone Plasma monitor then add the TV tuner?

Basically, I just want a Plasma monitor to watch local TV. Nothing spectacular.

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I have my AV system for sound so I should be ok. What brand of TV tuners should I look into?

Freeview? Or Avermedia if it must be analogue.
