Gemini, Minotaur or XLS200?

Hallo,
I'm looking to get a subwoofer and have been researching this forum and gather the BK's are good value for money.
I have a small semi, the lounge is approx 15' x 10' and my system is as follows:
NAD 352 amp, 422 tuner, 542 cd player & B&W CDM2 speakers on Atacama stands.
Given the size of the lounge & my system, can anyone recommend which would be best suited please?

I've compared the Gemini with the XLS200 and whilst they're both excellent units for the money; the XLS200 is significantly better in every aspect and not that much bigger or pricier.

I have looked at the Richer Sounds site and see that the Mordaunt Short 309, also mentioned on this board, is in my price range too.
How does that stack up against the XLS200?

I've also compared those 2 units directly for a forum review several years back. In terms of performance I think that the MS309 and XLS200 are roughly equal although the BK does it in a smaller package which is of value to many.

I believe the MS309 is an absolute steal at the moment for a well-finished, high quality budget sub.
