Geforce 8400GS or Radeon X1650?

I've got two graphic cards (both are 256MB pci-e) but I only need one. Which one do you think is better? Thanks.

I meant better in general. I'm not a gamer, I just need a card capable to play movies on a 28" TV. If you needed to choose one, which one would you take? Thanks.

If you're not a gamer, onboard isn't possible and neither use passive cooling then I'd go for the 8400GS because it's likely to use less power.
