Here's my new setup in a recently built conservatory / family room.
    Sharp Aquos LC-37GA4E
    Sky+
    Samsung DVD-HD745
    Yamaha RX-V350
Mission M-Cube 5.1 speakers and Sub
    Xbox
    iPod
Think I need some space between the Amp and DVD player... if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. :smashin:

    Added a couple more pics!

Yes, go to B and Q and get some plastic feet to elevate the DVD deck. Peanuts and a job well done.

A very nice room by the way.

NICE ....quality TV youll soon run out of space to store those DVDs.
Does ambient light create any problems with the picture?

looking good, especially like the look of that mission cube sub. Although the cabinet looks nice and neat, I would buy a nice AV stand, maybe Atacama, have your screen on top (obviously) and your seperate stacked neatly on seperate shelves. You might even notice an increase in performance.

    Thanks!
Ambient light does affect the picture during the day when the sun is blasting through the glass roof!! You can still watch it, the kids do anyway.... the main problem is the glare off the white walls!!An AV stand sounds like a great idea... and leave space for more DVD's too.

Hi garsmi - nice stylish job - well done !!. I'm on the lookout for surround speakers - small but good - what do you think of the Missions - they certainly fit in the 'small' category !!

    Hi loftfuton,

The Mission M-Cubes are the mutts nuts!! Absolutely awesome... I'm no expert and only had a Sony Home Cinema to compare with but I'm sure you won't be disappointed with them.
