Garmin Nuvi Mexico Map

Hi all.

I've had the Garmin Nuvi 200 for quite some time now and have never as much as plugged it into my PC for any kind of update (although I use it for UK travel daily).
I also have no software on my PC in order to play around with it. I have recently aquired a map of Mexico thats comes under the file extension of gmapsupp.img in a folder alongside a readme file (won't open on my PC) and a JPEG. I have a spare SD card but how do I put the lot together so the Garmin reads the img file? I presume I need to download some kind of software onto the SD card / PC / both?
Any help greatly appreciated :smashin:

create a folder on your sd card named garmin, put the file into the folder and thats it providing it is unlocked.
That is all i did when i got the us maps.
Hope this helps.
