It has been some time ( 6 Years ) since i made some research of newer TVs.

My current Tv is a Sony W905 which has Black Frame Insertion (BFI) in gaming mode enabled ( Impulse mode)
What it does it reduce motion blur to a minimum albeit also increaseing the input lag ( form 1/2 frame to 1 frame or from 8 to 16ms).

Is there a 4k Tv that allows BFI while also having 1 frame or less of an input lag?

Not sure about that little input lag but the Samsung 120hz models will be amongst the best for both BFI and input lag. Keep an eye on the NU8000 and NU8500 that also have support for VRR and 120hz @ 1440p
