I think it's akin to the same tactic as when you're doing the five knuckle shuffle to some exquisitely hardcore porn, and then the director cuts to an angle which only really captures the shaft and the beans.

In reality, it puts you off a little bit, but just not enough...

What are Sony playing at?!

Can't believe I wasted time watching that rubbish and now they are just doing the only thing I was interested in a demo real without any talking :suicide:

Gamescom hasn’t officially started yet, but even though the doors are closed, the big players decided to show off some games anyway. Possibly in a smelly old shack out the back. Between their excitable gibber, and the pre-announcements being excreted through the interwireless digiclouds, we’ve already gleaned plenty of info about The Future of Electronic Computer Gaming.

Here’s your round-up of the first day’s PC news.

Tom Clancy’s The Division is coming to the PC. Who would have ever guessed?
World of Warplanes gets a lavish CGI trailer, and a release date.
Neither Peggle 2 nor Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare will be on PC at launch. Boo!
The free-to-play Command & Conquer is getting singleplayer and co-op campaign missions next year.
The Sims 4 will “explore the gamut of human emotions”. Data would be proud.
Much like its parent, Battlefield 4 will also come in Premium flavour, giving players access to five planned expansions.
EVE: Valkyrie will shoot your Oculus Rift nestled head into space next year.
Dragon Age: Inquisition gets a new dev diary, this one focusing on the world of Thedas, and the Inquisiton.
Sci-fi FPS Alien Rage is out next month. We might as well rage right back at them.

PEGGLE 2!!!!!!

Holy ****!!! Best news so far and probably the only next gen game I am looking forward to.

Actually I am not exaggerating that much, sadly enough Peggle 2 excites me more than Titanfail (copyright Razor), Assassins Creed Bore or Crotchdogs. Shame it is a timed exclusive on X0ne, bet they won't need the cloud for it though, so will leave plenty of remote computing power for the other titles.

little disappointed with sonys conference thought it was a bit too much "we got one over you Microsoft" and actual less gameplay but second son looks awesome.

Expected more from the vita though.

Gamescom 2013 seems to be quite the borefest so far, I've only really watched the Sony announcement and was kind of deflated... So.. In other news...

I bought the Goldie Lookin' Chain's Greatest Hits album from Poundland! (You can guess how much for!)

No introduction needed!

Were they all confirmed as running on XO hardware?

Why, when they are all coming to PC?

Just watched that footage and thought that WAS the XBox One version, didn't look very good from that video, considering that was running on PC.
Check out the gamersyde download of TF, it looks pretty damn good, maybe not quite as amazing as others but it is the Source Engine.

no dates, i'll definitely get both consoles at some point or another, its just deciding which on release, in all honesty im more of a console gamer just because everyone i know plays them

Will check out a different version, the link on the previous page looked pretty blurry and it looked like it was running at 30fps, not what I'd expect from a PC version.

Then introduce those heathens to joys of PC gaming. I can understand if the games are console exclusive, so if it's just down to the friends you group with, I say get new friends. :D

theyre not console exclusives , infact i play mp on consoles and sp on pc. Weird but for some reason ive nearly always done that.

Most people im with on there are of the archaic mindset regarding the pc, costs, hassle, upkeep, you know the stuff. And no amount of me saying otherwise would change it so ive given up :)

They all saw crysis running on the pj maxed and were stunned but i think that just furthered their wrong thoughts about pc gaming :rotfl:

Here is a screen grab I took from the video I watched it's a 1.1GB D/L though and capped at 30fps, the E3 one is on gamersyde is at 60fps though and looks even better for it:

That's my point, if they were, I could understand. I would have thought if anyone could convince your friends that a cheap build PC was possible it would be you. :)

I say bin 'em and laugh maniacally at their decision to stick to console gaming whilst you game at 1600p* / 60fps / with oodles of AA goodness and post processes.

*or res of your choice

Now admittedly that does look better so I'll be sure to check out the video on Gamersyde as I'm sure it is more impressive in motion, but I don't know, I was just hoping for more than CoD with Mechs.

The 60 FPS video is much much better than any out there tbh. Don't think it's 1080p either iirc

It still looks like MechaCod though, but now with hi-res textures. I just think it's a bit of a missed opportunity and like others have said, I'm disappointed there is no SP.
