Just read about this and thought it might be of interest to some of you:

Edit: Major Nelson will be announcing the daily titles on his Twitter feed, you don't need an account to read it:

I'll try to, but most gaming sites are blocked on my work's network.

Looks like it is Halo today

    Halo 4 - £24.99
    Halo 3 - £8.99
Halo Wars - £8.99 (not showing yet)
    Halo Reach - £8.99

In points that is 1080 for the £8.99 ones and 3000  for Halo 4

Yeah you're right about Dirt 2

    Full list from HUKD

    GRID - £2.69
    Call of Juarez - £2.69
    Hawx - £2.69
    Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas - £2.69
    Rayman Raving Rabbids - £2.69
Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter - £2.69
    Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 - £2.69
    The Darkness - £4.49
    Virtua Fighter 5 - £4.49
    Dirt 2 - £4.49

Good prices there especially as they have little resale value so no need to worry about having disc etc

Some good deals in there. But in all fairness, in order to make games on demand and digital distribution REALLY work, these should really be par for the course prices for these games anyway considering their age.

the prices are broken at the moment if you use the microsoft points option.

a fix is on the way.

I'm slightly disappointed El Shaddai isn't available on demand in the UK - I'd bite there arms off for that for £3 odd.

As it is, i've already plumped for Bioshock, GRAW2 and Tomb Raider (for the mrs)

    Lets see what tomorrow brings!

I'm sure a few gamers on TA have egg yolk where their brains should reside quite a few of them are still finding it hard to grasp the fact its more expensive to purchase these items using your microsoft points balance rather than Credit card balance

It seems that the cheaper games are more expensive to buy using points than the slightly more expensive one point for point. I've bought The Darkness with points and Grid with paypal.

    Some great prices.

Aye i've went for Hawx via paypoo, will pick up bioshock when prices are sorted out.

I can't see many other newer games getting these heavy discounts tbh

i prefer BIB, it's just that i only got about 190 points from the game so i want to go back and replay it.

i did fancy getting bioshock and maybe the darkness, but not until they have sorted out the price problems with the M$ points.

I think there is just the daily deals to look forward to now. I'm guessing that the best deals are the ones that are on all week and the daily ones won't be that great if today is anything to go by.

I'd like to pick up a few of these but I'm out of HDD space. Can I download Games on Demand games onto a USB flash drive and run them from there (also what's the max size the 360 supports, last I remember it was 16GB)?
