I know this is most probably the wrong forum,
but I'm sure someone will know where's the cheapest place to buy a Gameboy. It's my nieces birthday next month, and the Argos price is about £65.00

Special reserve have got it for £58.99 inc VAT (free delivery).

    GameBoy stuff at Special Reserve

Probably only worth it if you're already a member though.

It's probably best leaving it as late as possible, as the prices are bound to go down more, as the Game Boy Advance is out next month.

Right now dixons have them at £49.99

Or Electronics Boutique do them for £58.50 to loyalty card holders (you get one when you buy a game boy) + you can then get any game for £10 inc. pokemon gold or silver this is the best deal on a game boy and a game I have found

Why don't you try ebay the auction site... they usually have a lot of gameboy units for sale, both old and new, with games and without.

Prices usually start around £30 depending on how many games it comes with

Just check before you bid that the seller has a good rating (click on the number after their name) and you should be fine.

Add another extra £20 and get a Gameboy Advance. Lots more machine for your money. If you still want a GB colour, get a second hand one, it's just not worth spending £60 on a new one when the GBA is so much better..... happy gaming!
